Quaker Steak & Lube in Pittsburgh
Had a decent luch today in Pittsburgh at Quaker Steak and Lube…
We needed to go to the Pittsburgh Airport today so we knew we were going to have a nice lunch out. We took the Robinson Town Center exit and looked around at the awesome choices, finally deciding to try Quaker Steak and Lube because there was a great parking place!
Quaker Steak and Lube is a wings place for sure, but I was craving something meatier so I ordered a Philly Steak and Cheese with some loaded up french fries. I didn’t want to go completely wingless however so I ordered a Chicken Fender appetizer with some hot sauce on the side.
While the appetizer was great, the sandwich was messy and not particularly good – leaving me a little disappointed and longing for more. The cheese and onions were just dripping on everything and the bread lacked enough texture to support it. Wish I would have gotten wings!
The wife had a wing and pretzel combo and she said it was really good.
Our meal consisted of the following items and totaled up at $28.10 – added a $5 tip for a final price of $33.10.
